Current Home Owner Associations (HOAs)


  • Bookkeeping:
    • Collect Dues Collect and manage past dues (late fees, notices, demands, lien filings)
    • Manage electronic dues payments
    • Receive, process, and pay bills
    • Prepare monthly financial reports
    • Prepare association budget
    • Coordinate tax returns with accountant
    • Maintain bank accounts
    • Submit bi-annual Secretary of State filings
  • Administrative Management:
    • Attend board meetings and annual meeting. Prepare meeting minutes.
    • Prepare and send meeting notices
    • Coordinate with accountant and attorney as necessary
    • Maintain contact list for all owners
    • Maintain association records
    • Respond to owner/resident issues and complaints
    • Enforce association by-laws & rules (send letters, post notices, make phone calls, etc.)
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Perform monthly site visits/inspections of all common areas
    • Ensure that all common area lighting works
    • Ensure that all fire safety systems are maintained (exit lights, sprinklers, extinguishers)
    • Document maintenance that is needed and report to Board and maintenance manager
    • Coordinate and supervise vendors
    • Get bids and make sure we are paying the best value for services
    • Obtain insurance and oversee any claims
